BOOKING CONDITIONS
We strive to provide the best service to all of our clients and we actively work to keep cancellation fees to a minimum. However we must point out that should you have to cancel for some reason you may be charged fees.
Tour Prices:
Tour Prices are subject to change without notice.
Goods and Services Tax:
GST is applicable and as required by the Australian Tax Office, has been included in the cost of services published, currently at 10%.
Deposits:
A reservation is considered confirmed only when your deposit and acknowledgment form has been received by us. Your reservation will be held for 7 days. However after this time, non deposited bookings may be automatically cancelled.
Please ask if an extensions required.
Final Payment:
Final monies for your reservation are required to be received by us 45 days prior to your departure date.
Amendment Fees:
Amendment fees may be charged to all confirmed reservations.
Outside 21 days prior to departure, any amendment that constitutes a change in dates/duration/mode of transport/cancelling any component of your reservation, a minimum amendment fee of $35.00 per reservation will be charged to cover our administrative costs.
Cancellation Fees:
Whilst we try to minimise fees, cancellation fees apply to all confirmed reservations. Cancellation fees vary between Airlines/Hotels/Lodges/Ski Resorts and other suppliers featured on this site.
Charges can be as high as 100% of the total package cost, and Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.
For cancellations made within 14 days prior to departure or after the commencement of your tour, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total package cost is applicable.

Snow Conditions:
We cannot be held responsible for snow conditions. Cancellation or alteration to travel dates made by you due to snow conditions do not exempt passengers from the cancellation fees.
Alteration to prices:
Every endeavour has been made by us to ensure that the contents of this site are correct and accurate at the time of publishing.
Documentation:Â
We will process the documents for your holiday on a departure date basis. Documents are normally available 10— 14 days prior to your departure.
Refunds:
No refund can be issued for unused air travel, accommodation, lift passes or any other tour components.
Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommends that you obtain adequate Travel Insurance. For a very small investment, Travel Insurarnce can protect you against such contingencies as Cancellation Fees, Loss of Baggage, Theft of Ski Equipment, Additional Expenses and Personal liability. Ask your consultant for details. Please note that under the provisions of the Health Act, it is illegal to cover medical and hospital expenses in a domestic travel insurance policy.
We also strongly recommend that you subscribe to Ambulance cover.
